Quote is a female humpback whale encountered in brevity on Stellwagen Bank, a glacial plateau rich in upwelled nutrients and plankton. The ripe conditions of New England waters sustain a cosmos of life that draw Quote and her kin in a cyclic advance from the West Indies. This whale was encountered with a calf in the 2022 season.
