This moment of jubilation occurs beyond a trawling vessel harvesting the seas on the horizon; a juxtaposition of mammals completely separated by their taxonomy and hunting practices. As one humpback whale rolls in the swell like a felled timber, another breaches skyward while exhaling white breath.
